About Neville Goddard

Neville Goddard 1905 – 1972

Born in Barbados, West Indies, Neville went to the United States to study drama at the age of seventeen. In 1932 he gave up the theatre to devote his attention to his studies in mysticism when he began his lecture career in New York City. Over a career spanning from 1939 – 1972, Neville Goddard became one of the more quietly dramatic and supremely influential teachers in the New Thought field and his works continue to influence and inspire people today.

Some of Neville’s Core Teachings

  • The I AM Consciousness within you is GOD. You are Divine
  • You are the OPERANT POWER – everything is WITHIN
  • Law of Assumption – you must ASSUME that you already have your WISH FULFILLED
  • How would you FEEL and how would you SEE the World if you already had your desire right now?
  • Live FROM the End
  • When you IMAGINE, feel yourself taking a SINGLE ACTION, do not visualize yourself from a distance
  • FEELING is the Secret – maintain the feeling of the wish fulfilled until it feels totally NATURAL to you
  • Your SELF CONCEPT is the most important thing. If you had a different concept of yourself, your outer world would be totally different
  • The MENTAL CONVERSATIONS in your head determine your outer success

His books and pamphlets were sold at lectures and he freely allowed his students to tape his addresses without charge.
